Prima's 20th Birthday Customer Gathering at Towcester Racecourse!

After breakfast of hot bacon rolls, the gathering, hosted by Mat Burrell began in the racecourse's impressive Empress Stand.  John Norman opened the presentations by speaking about the last 20 years, not only about our business but in wider terms too.  Beginning the presentations, John perfectly put into words how much Prima really values its customers and its employees; who have built fantastic working relationships based on mutual respect, working together and enjoyment.

An overview of recent developments to product and the product Road Map was given by John Dineley and Stephen Belcher, who both did a great job of providing an interesting overview of what we are doing as a business, and in turn what our customers can expect.

Mat then rounded up the morning by explaining the betting procedure.  Whilst we didn't quite come out on top with the races (after some extremely tense moments), some wins were had and the charities Cancer Research and the Rainbows Children's Hospice will both be receiving sizeable donations from the day's winnings.

Overall a great day was had by all thanks to the Prima spirit and a great group of customers!
