Oliver Sweeney selects Prism DM platform
Multi Channel Business Expansion
Oliver Sweeney, the leading premium brand for men's shoes and accessories, has selected Prism DM to provide integrated systems and services across their e-commerce, retail and wholesale channels to market to support ambitious business development plans following participation in the business by the Amery Capital Group.
Tim Cooper, Managing Director of Oliver Sweeney, commented "We needed to have a complete and up to date picture of all of our customers, where each piece of stock is, and the performance across all of our sales channels. We needed to re-energise our e-commerce sales with a world class e-commerce platform. We also needed to streamline our operations for warehousing, distribution and customer service. The Prism DM integrated solution ticks all the boxes".
The new site, www.oliversweeney.com is based on the latest Prism DM e-commerce platform, which provides full content, offer and product management access to Oliver Sweeney. Design has been provided by Paul Lewis Design.
Cathy Berman, Oliver Sweeney's Marketing Director, adds "The Prism DM team has already demonstrated to me that they deliver first class joined up solutions at a reasonable cost. I am really looking forward to making full use of all the features that the new site offers us. It is a huge bonus that their systems across all of our other sales channels will give me a single view of results."
In parallel with e-commerce, the Prism DM project team have customised their other business modules for Business Reporting, Supply Chain, Wholesale and Retail EPOS. Warehousing, Order Fulfilment and Store Replenishment operations will be carried out from the Prism DM Distribution Centre in Farnborough, where Customer Service operations will also be based.
