Prism DM forges strategic partnership with French e-fulfilment leaders Orium

Leading fulfilment specialists Prism DM of Farnborough, England and The Orium Group in France have announced an alliance which could see the cross channel e-commerce traffic increasing considerably.

Following a search initiated by Emmanuel Giraud, Director of Marketing and Development of the Orium Group who looked for a UK fulfilment operation that shared the same values of high service standards and efficient processes (certified ISO 9001) to assist their clients in penetrating the UK market, Prism DM has emerged as the UK extension to Orium services.

Mike Thom, Managing Director of Prism DM said “We can see nothing but good coming from this alliance, as our UK clients can now also extend their operations to mainland Europe through us confident that many pitfalls in internationalisation can be avoided, with a complete infrastructure in place throughout the main markets in the Euro zone, and without the need to identify new partners and establish new systems in each market area.”

Prism DM already works with some major European brands, such as the Yves Rocher Group, providing a UK base and customer care facility to meet the particular demands of their UK customers.

It is understood that Orium plan to introduce the first of their French based clients to the UK market via Prism DM before the end of the year, with systems integration work nearly complete.
