Developed a bespoke web based application for the direct selling, party plan operation for Jamie at Home;

Opened a new 110,000ft² warehouse facility in Eastleigh, operating the Prism Warehouse Management and Customer Service Systems for all operations, in addition to our existing 40,000ft² facility in Southwood, Farnborough;

Worked with the sales division of the RNLI to re-launch their mail order and online catalogue with a full service offering including their website, customer service and warehouse operations;

Commenced order fulfilment operations for one of the market leading organic retailers So Organic, including distribution to their retail operations.

All of these projects launched on the agreed live dates with no interruption to our services, before, during or after the implementation phases.

In addition, we continue to meet our agreed SLA's, hosting websites 24/7, answering calls within 20 seconds, and despatching orders received by midday in our warehouse on the same working day - not by exception - these are our standards.....
