Long Tall Sally parent buys Oliver Sweeney

Amery Capital, whose properties include speciality-size womenwear merchant Long Tall Sally, acquired men’s footwear brand Oliver Sweeney out of a prepack administration. Oliver Sweeney sells online as well as in its three stores and via selected retailers such as Harvey Nichols. According to a statement, “the company has plans to develop the product range for international and direct sales”.
